The JIT Management Mode for Personalized Products

Abstract:

For processing the personalized products’ parts under the JIT management mode, it introduces the JIT management mode, and elaborates the application of using the Heuristic Algorithm based on Non-delay Schedule to draw up a processing schedule of personalized products in the case of Job-shop. Combining with the manufacturing Rock-drill Machine’s sliding table, applying the Heuristic Algorithm to schedule the parts processing and optimizing it, making the Gantt chart. It can finally get the schedule to guide the manufacture.
