Optimization and Improvement of a Measuring Model for Coating Bonding Strength of Revolution Body

Abstract:

The process of bonding strength measuring of revolution body coating was emulated by ANSYS. The stress curves with different substrate radiuses of coating bonding interface were drawn. Analyzing the results, and comparing the results with the measuring results of FeAlCrBSiNb in 20mm radius of revolution body and plane coating in the same process and material, they coincided with the finite element analysis results well. Analyzing the errors in the process of bonding strength measuring of revolution body coating, the optimized scheme of measuring model was proposed.
