The Elastic-Plastic Time History Analysis on High-Rise Steel Structure about Main Power House of Thermal Power Plant

Article Preview

Abstract:

in this paper, elastic-plastic time history analysis was carried out on the new power plant structure jointing the boiler steel frame and high-level framework workshop. Results show that main factory building structure owns rather excellent integration stiffness, good seismic performance and outstanding ability to resist lateral deformation. In addition, the interlayer displacement angle satisfies the requirement of seismic deformation calculation under severe earthquake action.
