Experimental Studies on Acoustic Emission of Different Damaged Concrete

Article Preview

Abstract:

Through to conduct uniaxial compression test on concrete of suffering sulfate attack, the frequency characteristics of acoustic emission signal are analyzed in the corrosion concrete failure process. The results show that: the acoustic emission ringing counts show phases developmental rule with the relative stress increased. When the relative stress is low, acoustic emission signal of the damaged concrete S1 is intensive and large amplitude, while the acoustic emission signal of the no damage concrete S0 is active - relative quiet - active - relative quiet and the acoustic emission signal of the damaged concrete S2 is active - quiet - active.
