Study on Application of the Complexity Theory in Project Management

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper discusses main content of the complexity theory research and the complexity characteristics of the project management. With the aid of complexity theory and its powerful explanation for the complexity system behavior, we attempt to study the application of the complexity theory in the project management. The article focuses on complexity of project subject behavior, self-organizing process of project, stakeholders’ relationship, project management and leadership.
