The Performance Evaluation of the External Effect of Regional Logistics Information Platform

Abstract:

The regional logistics information platform has enormous external benefits, it is able to integrate logistics resources, reduce logistics costs and promote energy-saving emission reduction. Based on the characteristics of regional logistics information platform, this paper first analyses the mechanism of the external effect of regional logistics information platform and establish a evaluation system, then using principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of external effect. According to the research of LOGINK, the comprehensive evaluation index shows that the positive external effect of LOGINK is greater than negative external effect, and the positive external effects are constantly emerging, overall upward trend. The logistics effect is the most significant, environmental effect, social effect and economic effect increases smoothly.
