Design and Implementation of Intelligent Personnel Management System

Abstract:

In order to resolve the problem of security monitoring and management for the elderly, children and employees of enterprises, and meet the application needs of protecting the information of stolen mobile phones, so designed an intelligent personnel management system based on Android mobile phone. The monitoring side and the monitored side both used smart phones and transferred data to each other via the server in system. This system was available in real-time location query, historical route reviewing, distress alerting emergency, security protection of privacy information and other functions. The simulated and practical test shows that the system runs in good condition and could provide real-time and effective information for related personnel, so it has a pretty promising.
