Abstract:

Supplier selection of supply chain manufacturing is particularly important under the environment of Supply Chain Integration. This paper explained basic ideas of suppliers selection firstly, and then proposed improved TOPSIS method, elaborated four steps of this method, finally analysis with examples of B company, a large integrated industrial company, which main products are large crane parts. The conclusion has some reference value for supplier selection in manufacturing.
