Study of Fluid Type Smart Spiral Flatting Machine

Abstract:

Based on the needs of leveling granular materials, a automation control mobile smart spiral flatting machine that can walk directly on the railroad car is researched. The machine is mainly composed of helical pushing mechanism, lifting, walking, anti-deviations, rack construction, power plant, electronic control devices and other components. The technical characteristics of the machine is described in detail, include structure, working principle and intelligent control scheme and key technologies, which provide basic research guide for the smart spiral flatting machine.
