Along with the continuous deepen reform of education, now the college education has received widespread attention from the social. Most of the literature focuses on college curriculum, class analysis, the article from a different perspective, based on multi-value theory, analysed teachers' teaching characteristic and condition under the multi-value, and combined into the actual university research, by combining theory and practice. Regard university classroom teaching as the analysis object, and combined with the multiple value theory in teaching research, constructs the teachers' teaching model under multi-value characteristics, combining to the analytic hierarchy process to analyze data, to better guide the ceaseless aggrandizement of plural value consciousness, change and strengthen from various factors, enrich teaching methods, so as to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve teaching efficiency.
