Study on Patentability of Cloud Computing Related Techniques

Abstract:

Cloud Computing has brought many opportunities and challenges to Internet technology, there also has been affected the protection of patent right. Generally this is the relationship between Technology and Legislation, Economy and Superstructure, so they should be adapt to the variation of technology. First of all, it is crucial to define the position of cloud computing related techniques in legislation. Secondly, technical factors and method patents are evitable to explore the patentability of cloud computing related techniques. Finally, to recognize the cloud computing related techniques as a patent subject matter would not be expand the scope of patent protection inappropriately.
