Abstract:

In order to provide a basis for process optimization of manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the workshop process according to the current state of value stream with supermarket pull system, visual management, quick die change, automation and other lean techniques by taking the molding workshop of a shoemaking enterprise as an example.
