Application of SIMD Technology in the Coherent Integration Accumulation Multiplication Optimization

Abstract:

In this paper, the problem of real-time software GPS receiver process faced propose a new SIMD instruction based on coherent integration accumulate operations program optimization methods. After using MMX instructions and pipeline optimization, complete the 1s coherent integration of data needed to calculate the cumulative 0.7s, computation using only 6.5% of the ordinary SISD instructions, real-time to achieve a strong guarantee pure software receiver.
