Abstract:

An evaluation of cyberwar's synthetical ability based on projection pursuit method is discussed in this article. The method is adopted to transform the main indexes which impact on cyberwar's synthetical ability into one-dimensional projection value and give the order of evaluation of every countries' cyberwar's synthetical ability, at the same time, get the weight of every main index. This article supply a new idea to the evaluation of cyberwar's synthetical ability.
