Research on High Precision Control Technology of the Pump Truck Boom Motion Trajectory
Abstract:
The article researched on pump truck working device control system and it used the pull sensor cylinder position and used the proportional flow valve to control the flow. The results show that not only it realized all the functions of the current hydraulic control proportional valve, but also it has the advantages of low processing difficulty, fast dynamic response and parameters changing with control requirements. Refit the boom frame of hydraulic and electric control system, to 46 m pump truck boom control system simulation. The results show that it improved the control precision and arm trajectory accuracy of pump truck boom cylinder and improved the quality of the whole machine work by using high precision proportional directional valve and the cylinder position sensor.
