Abstract:

This paper systematically and scientifically sums up standard comparison model and general comparison method base on standard system, the standard, indicators and gives a general idea for standard comparison system development by analyzing the common factors of the standard, studying the general principles of standard comparison. What is more, it provides a reference for standard comparison work in various fields.
