RGB Fusion of Seismic Attributes and its Application on Small Structure Interpretation in Coalmine

Article Preview

Abstract:

We can use the seismic attributes to identify the small structure which would directly affect the mining in coalmine, however, there exists multiple solutions in geophysics and it will cause unreliability when using only one seismic attribute. In this paper, we use RGB fusion technology to display three independent attributes which are extracted along the target horizon, the attributes extracted are all sensitive to the coalmine's structure. Through the complementarity of different attributes, we can reduce the multiple solutions and make it more accurate in the interpretation of small structure.
