Methods for Identifying Life Cycle of Environmental Protection Industry

Abstract:

It is an important reference basis to identify the development stage and orientation of environmental protection industry for the government to make industry policy and development strategy. The recognition of environmental protection industry development stage is only involving qualitative analysis, no quantitative analysis. On basis of feature correlation method and judgment method for identifying the stage of environmental protection industry, we use Gompertz fitting curve method to judge its development from quantitative aspect in this paper. The results show that the environmental protection industry is in a rapid growth stage. It presents It presents the salient features of growing industries: the size of the industry is expanding; market demand is growing; environmental products tend to diversify and differentiate. According to the results of identification, we analyze the development trend of environmental protection industry. Specifically including the future market demand、industrial scale as well as the industrial technology of environmental protection industry.
