Abstract:

In our life and work, more and more inseparable electronic products, such as computers, mobile phones and so on. Once they have problems, we will immediately get away from the isolation. As electronic products are often similar failure problems, this paper adopt reasoning technology of searching failure keywords in case base, calculate the similarity, then draw the corresponding solutions to improve products efficiency of security maintenance.
