In this paper, from the characteristics of Calisthenic teaching, it puts forward the aerobics teaching as a complex system, the new ideas of all reform measures must study and formulate according to the characteristics of complex systems, and cognitive behavior theory put forward a model of complex system based on aerobics teaching reform.
