Abstract:

In this paper, induction and summary of the current situation and the harm of heavy metal pollution in soils and influence on food safety has been made. It introduced the soil heavy metal into the food, and put forward specific measures to reduce the impact of heavy metal on food security, in order to further attention to food safety and soil heavy metal pollution prevention and control technology and policy.
