Based on the Improved Model of Accident Trajectory Cross to Build the Safety Evaluation Index System in Coal Mine

Article Preview

Abstract:

The primary task of mining safety evaluation is to establish evaluation index system. In order to supply the decision-makers with the thinking of preventing safety accident from the management angle, on the base of analyzing the cause of accidents, thinking the most of accidents were caused by the cross of the human unsafe behaviors and the insecure state of machines and environment brought about by bad management, following the thinking, improved the model of accidents trajectory cross, and thought human non-action leading to the insecure state of machines and environment. Based on the improved model of accident trajectory cross, starting from the angle of management, rounding the two criterions of the human unsafe behaviors and human non-action, the comprehensive safety evaluation index system from the four aspects of human factors, safety inputs, institution and organization structure was put forward.
