Abstract: This paper analysis the characteristics of High Spatial Resolution Remote Sensing Image (HSRRSI), consider the drawback of pixel-wise Classification, an Object-based method was taken to classify the image. The paper firstly preprocess and coarsely segment the image, secondly optimize the segmented results for deeply processing, then extracting the image feature from the original image and segmented results, finally classify the image and assess the results.

Abstract: In this paper, adaptive synchronization of a stochastic fractional-order system with unknown parameters is studied. Firstly, the stochastic system is reduced into the equivalent deterministic one with Laguerre approximation. Then, the synchronization for the system is realized by designing appropriate controllers and adaptive laws of the unknown parameters. Numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the controllers and laws.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a kind of method to evaluating the efficiency of quality development based on DEA .By Making a static efficiency evaluation for the quality development of 31 provinces in China with DEA model and Malmquist Index based on the quality competitiveness evaluation index system, the efficiency of the development of Chinese quality based on the dynamic time sequence have been got. The results showed that the input resource allocation of most provinces is unreasonable on the static time sequence. A low quality development efficiency has been leaded to as a result. The technical efficiency is the most influential in the all, it increased unstably but potentially from 2008 to 2012 based on the dynamic time consider. Therefore, we should pay more attention to technical innovation, in order to developing the development efficiency of quality.

Abstract: With China's sustained and rapid development of economy and industrial modernization and urbanization process continues to advance, the greater demand for oil and other energy and foundation. Due to lack of oil production, China's oil imports rose steadily in recent years, the import dependence continues to expand, coupled with the frequent fluctuation of the oil price, the oil supply chain in China has huge potential safety problems. Therefore, the optimization of existing oil supply chain network system, and give full play to the role of market allocation of resources, is one of the effective ways to solve the shortage of petroleum resources. This article first elaborated the petroleum status of supply chain optimization problem, points out the problems in present research. Further research on the strategic petroleum reserve value, and constructed and put forward suggestions for perfecting China's petroleum reserve system. The purpose is to enrich the petroleum supply chain optimization strategy, further improve the supply chain management of our country actual oil.

Abstract: This paper analysis the elements and realization form of hybrid supply chain, and describes the relationship between the service-oriented manufacturing and hybrid supply chain based on the concept, attribute and function of the service-oriented manufacturing model. Article concluded that under the service-oriented manufacturing model of the traditional supply chain integration and optimization, there are two ways: hybrid supply chain model based on endogenous and hybrid supply chain model based on symbiosis. When manufacturing enterprises selected hybrid supply chain model based on endogenous, value evaluation has become a key issue for its optimization; when the selection is hybrid supply chain model based on symbiosis, effective choice of partners will become a key problem for its optimization. Either endogenous or symbiotic hybrid supply chain model will eventually encourage manufacturing companies to build a supply chain optimization model to adapt to their own development, achieve a successful transition to the service-oriented manufacturing.

Abstract: In order to improve the inherent safety management level of equipment complex system, based on the fact that present study of inherent safety management ignore the harmonious alternating function between system microcosmic elements, analyzed the basic theory of system harmonious alternating mechanism, put forward a more perfect SHELLOM model, then set up an equipment safety degree model based on harmonious alternating mechanism. After the Definition of inherent safety management, constructed the risk early control model and human safety performance control model of inherent safety management system, and analyzed the safety cost and safety benefit, put forward the notion of safety culture radiation, narrated the relation of safety radiation effect and system harmonious alternating mechanism, provide effective reference for the construct of equipment complex system inherent safety management.
