Abstract: Designing of alarm systems represents a set of creative technical activities, which include system design, preparation of project documentation and installation of systems. The proposal of alarm systems is based on the system and technical requirements, which are intended series of branch technical standards. These standards, however, does not solve the problems of evaluating the effectiveness of alarm systems. The aim of this paper is the presentation of the proposal aggregated coefficients, as a basic starting point for evaluating the effectiveness of alarm systems. The effectiveness of alarm systems can be evaluated based on several factors. The first factor is the basic technical level of alarm system. The second factor is the method of application of the alarm system in an object. Other factors may include, for example quality of project, quality of installation or maintenance procedures and services.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, the exponential growth of information has attracted a lot of concern thesedays. Big data processing is particularly important. Recommendation system appears a good solution inadequacies of search engines, it is in addition based on keywords entered by the user to obtain information, but also with the user's social circle, as well as search history records, for users personalized recommendations services, and to establish a long and constant user interaction relations, not only improve customer loyalty, but also for the producers to create a good and reliable information platform for big data processing to achieve a win-win.

Abstract: Firstly, taking into account the increasing number of people with internet access in Brazil, that according to IBOPE, it reached 105 million in the second quarter of 2013. On the other hand, considering the importance of increasing awareness and people's participation in blood donation process, this work aims at developing software to assist in raising blood donors and facilitate the organization of donations and donors in blood banks. A web system was developed whose function is to provide a single regional database of blood donors, providing information about blood donation, improving the start of the donation process, with grounding in national and international standards. Another important aspect is the clarification of the safety and protection of the recipient and the donor, so that the system addresses the principles of information security. The development was done with the .Net platform using C # programming language and the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), coupled with the use of ORM Entity Framework for data persistence. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the system assisted in the management of data relating to blood donors in addition to promoting distance learning through the provision of information concerning the standards of knowledge and aspects of telehealth and citizenship.

Abstract: In this study, the effect of a cable failure on the performance of the manipulator is investigated. The post failure trajectory and cable tensions after failure are analysed and ship position optimization is conducted in order to minimize the cable tensions after failure. The optimization is demonstrated with six, eight and ten ships in a cable based parallel manipulator (CPM). The performance of the system after failure is improved with higher number of cables in a CPM.

Abstract: In this study, ship position optimization is conducted on a cable-driven parallel manipulator (CPM) operating inside deep sea. The workspace and stiffness of the manipulator is analysed as well as cable tensions after failure are reported and a combined criterion of ship position optimization has been established. Based on the criterion, the CPM will have maximum workspace and stiffness as well as minimum cable tensions in case of a failure. The optimization is demonstrated with six, eight and ten ships CPMs. The performance of the system is improved with higher number of cables in a CPM.

Abstract: Even for a tele-operated robot system, collision avoidance should be performed with some level of autonomy because of the mistake of tele-operators. In this paper, we suggest a simple but efficient method of collision avoidance. This suggestion complements the Expanded Guide Circle algorithm and can be used to give correct moving commands to a robot. Also we implement this method in a complex environment and show the usefulness of our algorithm.
