Study of the 3PL Network Planning Layout in a Province Based on Quick Response

Abstract:

Starting with the provincial logistics network planning, combined with the quick response theory, to establish two-layer distribution network model of 3PL and tried to establish the method of determining the number and layout of RDC and FDC. At last, simulation study is carried out by taking an example of tobacco logistics network planning in Hunan Province.
