Study on the early Warning Index System of Traffic Hidden Trouble Points in Extreme Weather

Abstract:

The extreme weather (such as rain, snow, fog etc.) will cause many traffic hidden trouble points, bring huge influence to traffic safety^[^1]. The paper is based on the logic relation between many monitoring data and traffic hidden trouble points, build the early warning index system of traffic hidden trouble points in extreme weather, and better serve for traffic security and public travel.
