Abstract: Based on the experience of realization the project of design and implementation in the production of a new of a new kind of multipurpose shield-type heading machine - geokhod, suggests the using of information technology of estimation and forecasting innovative activity based on distributed data input with elements of the neural network to assessing the quality of new engineering products in the stages of its development. The results were obtained in the course of project implementation with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation.

Abstract: The authors show an identification device, which was developed at Tomsk polytechnic university. First, the main idea of the identification device is given and then they show its structural representation. Furthermore, three versions of complements are considered in the article. These three versions are compared with each other. In the conclusion authors tell about their further plans connected with the identification device.
