Structure Design Study of a Pharmacy Manipulator

Abstract:

In order to improve the function of automation pharmacy,enhance the efficiency of getting drug and save the operation cost of large storehouse,the existing manipulator and relating completed facility were reimagined and redesigned to adapt to the actual needs in this paper.The grasp needs of boxed drug and bottled drug can be satisfied simultaneously by the new design,this may have practical significance for the expansion of the function of automation pharmacy.Moreover,the alternation of the relating completed facility will change the previous work pattern,reduce the manipulator’s round trip times, make the grasping process more reasonable,then finally enhance the efficiency of grabbing drug.
