Abstract: For system modeling, simulation techniques and sensors networks the edge-growing network models with any connected initial network model are introduced in this paper. We design some algorithms for finding Maximum Leaf Spanning Trees (MLS-trees) of the models. Our algorithms can find the MLS-trees having scale-free behavior and short diameters. These algorithms are designed by techniques including big-degree-first level-searching and first-first level-searching in order to scan the desired spanning trees.

Abstract: This paper introduces a smartphone-based classification system for an indoor environment of a walking person. The system relies only on smartphone inertial data and it can be considered as a smartphone-based aiding system for an indoor navigation. In addition, it does not need pre-installing of wireless network in the environment or heavily tuning process before the navigation run. Therefore, this system can be used as an aiding block where the person wants to localize himself in an indoor environment starting from known navigations point. This system categorizes person navigation in indoor environment into three types of classes: walking straight, turning right, and turning left. There is an ELM (Extreme Learning Machine)-Based neural network for deciding the class of the current navigation action. The evaluation measure shows that the best performance is obtained with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) as the activation function of the neural network. Also, the obtained accuracy rates up to 95%.

Abstract: This paper studies a single machine scheduling problem with rejection. Each job has a variable processing time and a rejection penalty. The objective function is to minimize the sum of the makespan of the accepted jobs and the total rejection penalty of the rejected jobs. We show that the problem can be solved in polynomial time.

Abstract: The existing problems on the manufacturing process planning and management of China are introduced, a variety of manufacturing process analysis and optimization processes are integrated, product, process and technology resources are systematized, then the information model is established. The architecture of a process analysis is proposed, on the basis, a platform of process planning, management, analysis and improvement is constructed, through integration with the CAPP system, the function of process planning, analyzing and optimizing has been implemented. By application in an auto heavy plant, the desired effect of data sharing, staff collaboration, process optimization is achieved.

Abstract: Aiming at the flexible flow-shop scheduling problem of cloud manufacturing, this paper introduces event driven concept and apply ontologies to Job-Shop scheduling problem FT46. The inference of ontology models allows the system to gain the dynamic information of workshop, and then rule engine is used to match event patterns to optimize the job shop scheduling problem.

Abstract: The study was made to the Cpm based Process Capability Analysis Chart Cpm (PCACpm) to determine the resistance to ultraviolet radiation poor quality building materials and paints of those characteristics. Finally, sort and identify the characteristics of substandard quality improvement district in order of priority. The proposed method in this study not only to further be extended to other paint products, but also for quality management and process control capabilities of the products.

Abstract: Manufacturing is the main body of industry, and it is also the pillar of the national economy. This paper makes empirical analysis of the main factors of manufacturing upgrade in Zhejiang province based on global value chain by using data from 1993 to 2012. It’s based on VAR dynamic system model and joints Granger causality test, impulse response functions, variance decomposition and other measurement tools. Empirical results show that: the influence produced by enterprise scale and advanced human capital is not significant. Technological innovation has made some impact effect, but its significance and persistence do not achieve the desired level. Producer services and system innovation have relatively stable positive stimulus and has a sustained effect. Based on this research , we put forward corresponding suggestions of the manufacturing upgrade in Zhejiang province.

Abstract: Process planning is the key sector for automobile industry enterprises to shorten product development cycle. By studying the expression method of process information and standardized description method of process knowledge based on MBD, the process knowledge base is established with the uniform representation model as the core, on this basis, the knowledge embedding method oriented to process planning task, modeling method of process planning wizard and process planning navigation technology is studied, the maintenance and application platform of the process knowledge for the automobile industry is established, and integrated with the existing CAPP system, to realize the whole-process management of processes knowledge, so as to provide the support for the optimization and improvement of the manufacturing process.

Abstract: Patent is a key knowledge base for product innovation design. The current patent knowledge model and retrieving pattern can not supporting technology innovation sufficiently. TRIZ is a kind of innovation methodology based on patent analysis and there is a congenital relationship between them. Innovation design oriented patent model is researched based on inventive principles, standard solutions, effect and other TRIZ tools. As a Computer Aided Innovation system, Innovation Engine is introduced and developed. The effectiveness is proved by the conceptual design of Cotton Picker. The patent knowledge of cross domain is used successfully by Innovation Engine.
