Stability Evaluation of Filled-Subgrade with Cracks Formed after Earthquake

Article Preview

Abstract:

Analysis model for stability of post-earthquake embankment (filled-subgrade) with cracks was established to determine the impact significance of influencing factors. Influence law of subgrade stability was studied which focused on characteristics of cracks conditions. The results showed that the safety factor reduced with increase of crack depth, i.e. subgrade stability worsening with crack reach downwards.
