Developing Seaport Logistics in Weifang Binhai Economic-Technological Development Area: SWOT Analysis

Abstract:

In the framework "one city, four park" of Weifang BEDA, an idea to construct an 80-km seaport logistics park has been under discussion, which will bring opportunities to develop seaport logistics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in developing seaport logistics in Weifang Binhai Economic-technological Development Area by using SWOT analysis method, and also some policies and suggestions has been given in this article.
