Abstract: In article the method of formation of structure of disperse systems on a basis of calcium sulfate dihydrate is described. It is based on various concentration of a solution at a surface of particles of the various size. As raw materials it was used calcium sulfate dihydrate − a withdrawal of ceramic manufacture. The picked up structure of particles in the sizes was applied. For acknowledgement of the offered method following researches have been carried out on: solubilities of powders, to deformations of a raw mix, durability of structure. The way of reception of gypsum products allows to simplify technology. Energy expenses decrease. Burning is excluded and the grinding is reduced.

Abstract: To improve adsorption mechanism and to increase adsorption capability for Na-bentonite rather than Ca-bentonite origin, Nano-bentonite sample with Na activation was used. Also for investigation of environmental effect, some parameters such as pH, adsorbent concentration, metal ion concentration and stirrer speed on the adsorption rate of Zn used Experimental Design software and Central Composite Design (CCD) model. CCD is a powerful model that based on minimization of errors and exprement repeat. This model usually was used when there aren’t suitable knowledge about investigating factors or their borderline. In this research 30 experiments were designed for Na-Bentonite samples and the effective parameters on Zn adsoption rate were denoted by CCD model analysis results. Based on obtained results, pH and adsorbent concentration introduced as the most effective parameters. The pH and metal ion concentration is only valid interaction effect on recovery of metal ion adsorption. Finally, the optimized condition of each parameter for effective adsoption process was determined and possible conditions for access to adsorption recovery up to 99 percent was prepared.

Abstract: It was revealed that, according to the analysis by the half-width of the X-ray lines of reflection planes (200) and (600), the sizes of subgrains in the lead selenide nanolayer ~70 nm thick made up 30-45 nm. Disorientation between the subgrains of the order of the ten thousandth of a minute and the deformation (strain) in the layer was determined by the mismatch between the layer and the substrate. It is shown that the forbidden gap width Eg of the same PbSe nanolayer determined by analyzing the optical transmission spectra by two types of straightening f (hν) and (hν)2=f (hν) coincided and made up 0.445 eV, which exceeded Eg of the unstrained PbSe layer by 0.16 eV. The total contribution of quantum effects at the given subgrain sizes and degeneracy of current carriers is less than 0.03 eV, and generally the change in the forbidden gap width was associated with deformation. Key words: dispersion, deformation, disorientation between subgrains, optical transmission, forbidden gap width.

Abstract: This paper studied effect of different pretreatment process on Yunnan phosphorus building gypsum strength and crystal morphology such as washing method, lime neutralization method, flotation method and Hans method. A lots experiment result indicated that basic properties of phosphorus building gypsum of different pretreatment methods could satisfy related building materials products technology requirements. While inorganic impurities could be effectively removed by lime neutralization method and washing method, as well as organics could be better removed by flotation method, however, compared with other methods, the Hans method possessed the best effect about removing soluble phosphorus, fluorine and organic compounds in phosphogypsum , and had other benefit such as low cost, easy operated and high strength.

Abstract: Polyethylene (HDPE) was pyrolyzed at 450 °C using a reflux condenser to produce oil for recycling of waste plastics. HDPE was pyrolyzed in the glass reactor with a reflux condenser, and the reflux condenser was varied from 150 °C to 200 °C. With increasing the temperature of reflux condenser, the yield of oil increases and the product oil contains the components with higher molecular weight.

Abstract: The results of dynamical fatigue testing of natural tram track fragment are presented. The fibrous concrete (foundation) was used in track superstructure, the rubber pads “PREFArails” were used for noise and vibration reduction. The cycle testing results analysis demonstrated that “PREFArail” pads ensure the overall structure operability over not less than 25 years without repair. The recommendations for pads and fibrous concrete foundation use on tram tracks in Saint-Petersburg were given.

Abstract: Fire event is the one of most severe event on the bridge. Fire event on the bridge has been reported annual average 8 cases in South Korea. Especially Bucheon viaduct fire cause catastrophic damage on the traffic system. This study developed and conducted fire risk assessment for existing bridge on the highway. Entire risk assessment procedure divided into 3 sections, PRA, SRA and DRA. PRA check fire scenario possibility. SRA check key parameter of fire risk by checklist. DRA is a precision risk assessment and find what part makes bridge high risk.

Abstract: This study analysis abroad developed modular road system, will develop. First, two types depending on the boundary conditions of the preliminary models were selected. Then displacement and internal force were investigated. Based on this result, the model is developed for the various parameters detailed study. As a result, displacement shown by a constant value for various parameters. Also internal force was confirmed that sensitively.

Abstract: Reinforcement of beams and plates in high-pile wharf is important measures to ensure the safe operation of the old pier. Performance of prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete beam was carried out finite element calculation and analyzed in secondary load conditions use of the cell death technology and load multi-step control, various parameters impact analysis was performed. The results were showed that the bearing capacity of RC beams reinforced and stiffness were improved greatly; Ultimate bearing capacity of RC beams were strengthened by unstressed condition, compared with decline in the secondary load conditions and stiffness did not change significantly; CFRP plate reinforcement should give full play to the role of being the initial cracking reinforcement in the beam in the same reinforced conditions.

Abstract: With the high-speed railway construction, studying of the vehicle-bridge vibration system increasingly important. This article established a range of high-speed trains linear model and standard high-speed railway 32 m span bridge model then a combination of both established based on ANSYS vehicle-bridge finite element model. Followed based on ANSYS high-speed train-bridge Coupled Vibration Simulation Analysis System. Analysis of a variety mound lateral stiffness, According to the analysis results of the piers of the basic principles. The bridge has been established based on the finite element model. Respectively, from the height of piers and pier-shaped two aspects to computational analysis the piers for bridge Coupled Vibration of Dynamic Response of Bridges. Provide a reference for the design of high-speed railway.
