Abstract: Based on the patient’s CT data, a three-dimensional fracture model was established, meanwhile a solid model of equal proportions with the rapid prototyping machine was built. Depending on completely knowing the condition of damage, surgeons made different operational plans and simulated the reset of the fracture on the solid model. In addition, according to the fixed schemes and positions of resetting simulation, the femoral nails were fixed in Imagware and simulations was done on the loading condition with single leg in Abaqus. By simulating the physical models of fracture resetting, surgical techniques has been improved. Through comparing the simulate results of different types of femoral nails, the reasonable program of implant was determined. The accuracy and validity of the model programs were verified by intraoperative and postoperative follow-up. Thus a more feasible surgical program method was established.

Abstract: The double ballbar(DBB) is an instrument to measure roundness error of the machine tools. Traditionally, DBB is used in the vertical machine tool which has a vertical spindle, so the DBB can be easily installed to measure without additional jigs. But the condition in the horizontal machine tool is different. Because the horizontal machine tool has no vertical spindle, additional jigs are needed for the measurement. Not only the differences in the using DBB but also in the forming circular trajectory exist. Center of the circular trajectory in the vertical machine tool is stationary, but not in the horizontal machine tool. The trajectories of two balls of the DBB are not same in the two kinds of the machine tools. The method that the DBB measurement in the horizontal machine tool has the same effect comparing with the measurement in the vertical machine tool is presented.

Abstract: The experimental research is confirmed the method about the residual room temperature vulcanized Silicone Rubber (RTV) on the surface of the locomotive bearings after dismantling. The Alkaline inorganic solution has no actual effect on the RTV soaking. While the carbinol and xylene organic solution have alittle effect of dissolving for the RTV on the locomotive bearing seal rings, and both reduce elasticity and function of the seal rings. After long time soaking with the acetonum solution and polishing by hand, It can clean up all the RTV, and the seal ring has no effect on it.

Abstract: In this paper, regarding the monitoring robot body as the research object, the dynamic model of the monitoring robot hoisted on the monorail electric vehicle has been established with surface defects of I-steel rails as exciting forces. In this model, the contact stiffness and damping between the monorail electric vehicle’s wheels and rails have replaced with equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping.

Analysis and comparison of technical characteristics of some used soft start of this kind of belt conveyor, and then get the reasonable way of soft start. In order to provide optimization scheme of application of belt conveyor in long distance and large capacity in the actual production for enterprise.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of shearer automation for the automated mining, analysis and processing by a plurality of sensors or observation information sources is the most promising solution to automatically control the shearer’s posture, while there is no vibration sensors with intrinsically safety that can be directly equipped on the shearers under coal mines. In the paper, study on a new intrinsic safe mode vibration sensor to solve the problem, it includes the hardware system designing and data collection programming. At the end, an experiment proves that the intrinsic safe wireless vibration sensor is able to collection the three-dimensional vibration data reliably and in time compared with the other vibration sensors.

Abstract: The whole optimization control and health maintenance of air compressor fleet system in coal mine is the current key problems urgently to be solved in pneumatic system application. The test system of wireless condition monitoring and control for air Compressor fleet is setup and the hardware structure of test system is put forward. Overall energy efficiency and piecewise energy efficiency concept of air compressor fleet system is proposed in this paper. The overall efficiency and the energy-saving potential of compressed gas supplying system are quantified by the method of Capacity on Demand. Network optimization control algorithm for the air compressor fleet system is proposed for the better management of the compressed air system.

Abstract: To study the friction and wear properties of S136/WC-Co friction pair, friction and wear tests in air jet, nitrogen jet and nitrogen cold plasma jet atmospheres are carried out. The morphology and composition of friction surface are analyzed by camera, scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope. The wear behaviors and mechanism of anti-wear of the three jets to S136 are also discussed. The experiment results prove that the reactive species in the nitrogen plasma jet contribute to the generation of oxidation film on the friction surface quickly to reduce the wear of S136/WC-Co friction pair in real-time.

Abstract: Through the condition analysis of the drill rod during the mining horizontal drilling for gas drainage, the finite element model of the drill rod lateral vibration is established. The drill rod lateral vibration is related to the diameter and length of the drill rod. With the increase of the diameter of the drill rod, the natural frequency of the lateral vibration of the drill rod increases constantly. The increasing amplitude of the natural frequency at the larger diameter of the drill rod is larger than that at the smaller diameter. When the drill rod is longer, the natural frequency of the lateral vibration of the drill rod is lower. From the modal images of the drill rod, the lateral vibration of the drill rod is similar to the sine curve. During the horizontal drilling in coal seam, the drill rod contact and impact with the hole wall which will bring about the fatigue fault of the drill rod and the collapse of the hole wall.

Abstract: One-dimensional tool ultrasonic vibration system was designed and manufactured, and the influence law of air gap, axis deviation, axis deflection on the coupling coefficient and the transmission efficiency were studied.The influence of the cross-sectional area, air gap and axis deflection angle on the coupling coefficient and transmission efficiency are very obvious, so must be paid special attention in the design and installation.
