Abstract: A dynamic analysis code has been expanded from the previous quasi-static code and the effect of inertia term is added. In this paper, the influence of inertia term on the pore water pressure is investigated in detail under a uniform deformation field theoretically and it is found that the distribution of pore water pressure is parabolic if there is inertia term. Then in order to verify the calculation precision of this code, the soil-water coupled numerical calculation is carried out based on the assumption of uniform deformation. Special distributively pore water pressure is applied to each finite element according to its radius to keep the uniformity of deformation. The results show that the maximum of pore water pressure appears at the center of circle and it gradually decreases along the radius, which proves the precision of the dynamic analysis code is very high.

Abstract: The effects of thickness and impact energy on the impact damage of CFRP laminates were studied in this paper. Impact tests for the CFRP laminates with the size of 600 mm×700 mm with five different thicknesses were subjected to impact fatigue loading at different energy levels from 5 J to 65 J. The crater depth and matrix length were investigated according to different energy levels and different thicknesses. The impact damage was evaluated by visual inspection, three-dimensional microscope. The experimental results reveal that the crater depth and the crack length increase with the increasing impact energy. For the same impact energy, the crater depth and the crack length decreased with the increasing thickness of specimens.

Abstract: The underground powerhouse of a hydropower station is a typical large-span and high side wall cavern group. The stability analysis of high side wall and the rock between caverns is key for cavern design. Based on the process of excavation and anchorage of underground caverns, FLAC3D numerical modeling technique is used to dynamically analyze the distribution rules and variation features of the second stress field, displacement field plastic zones in the rock masses surrounding the caverns before construction of anchorage support and the loads carried by the supporting structures. The computation result shows that the opening's lay out, construction sequence and support parameters are rational.

Abstract: Controlling the stability of surrounding rocks in underground excavations during in-depth resource development must be confronted with post-peak deformation and failure problems of jointed rock masses. This paper describes routine triaxial compression testing on standard cylinder specimen with persistent joints in different inclinations and under different confining pressures, and analyzes deformation characteristics of rock masses with persistent joints in different inclinations and under different confining pressures. Test results show that the peak strength, residual strength, and peak strain of the jointed specimen basically increase with increasing confining pressures but decrease with increasing joint inclinations. Test results well reflect that it is incorrect to evaluate deformation characteristics of jointed rock masses with continuum mechanics and research results provide a reference for the research on the stability of surrounding rocks in underground excavations.

Abstract: The creep of concrete in the construction process of deformation influential, especially in the cantilever pouring construction, short age of concrete, creep effect more apparent. Meaning for cantilever construction of Bridges, creep analysis must be properly considered section at different time of loading values and the concrete ages of different segments. In this paper, based on the viscoelastic problem of cantilever construction of concrete creep analysis method, analyzes the deflection of cantilever construction process of a rigid-frame bridge, and compared with the actual measured value.

Abstract: This study research the influence of the rubber powder to the high-temperature behavior of the asphalt mixture. It shows that a certain dosage of the rubber powder has a good improvement to the high-temperature behavior of the base asphalt; meanwhile, if the partial mineral powder was replaced by the slaked lime, the high-temperature of the rubber powder will reduce.

Abstract: With all parameters being seemed as random variables with Gaussian distribution, and Latin Hypercube Sampling method being used, the strength of ribbed cylindrical shell is computed based finite element and Monte Carlo Method. By probability sensitivity diagram, scatter diagram and related coefficient, the sensitivity of random variable of ribbed cylindrical shell is analyzed based on the method of random sensitivity analysis. The results show that shell thickness, external pressure, frame spacing and internal radius are more sensitivity than the other variables, so these variables can be treated as sensitivity factors.

Abstract: Carbonate rock fractures can be automatically interpreted with ant tracking technology based on ant track algorithm. Application by using ant tracking technology in the carbonate reservoir fracture interpretation and reliability verification with FMI fractures shows that ant tracking technology can not only interpret fractures good on plane and profile, but also has a good reliability.
