Abstract: A new automotive rearview device is to integrate sensor technology, data transfer and image formation principle, the original left/right rearview mirrors are removed, replaced by two high-resolition camera. walker, the car on both sides and the rear of the vehicle, the specific location of buildings, and the distance next to itself , can display clearly through the cockpit video , which provide a full & clear visual pictures to the driver, new rearview device instead of traditional reversing function of the mirror, benefit the driver a lot . The driver don’t move the head back and forth to watch the rearview mirror, just glance at the video installed on sun visor position , can have a all-directional observation around the car.

Abstract: For a wide range of applications of gearbox system,starting in gear box system vibration mechanism and the analysis of vibration transmission path,this paper establishes a analysis model of gearbox elastic coupling system.Analyzes energy transfer characteristic of the complex coupling structure of gearbox system based on admittance theory.From the perspective of energy distribution,analyzes of the characteristics of energy distribution of the different parameters and different structural arrangement.

Abstract: The preceding separating technology of municipal solid waste is the premise and key to realizing waste comprehensive treatment and improving resource utilization. To the low efficiency of paper and plastic's separation, using the basic structural parameters of Horizontal air-separator, a finite element model is established based on Gambit software. Targeting at the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the internal flow field under the condition of different wind direction and different wind speed, CFD is used for the analysis, and results shows that the wind angle between 15° and 20° and wind speed between 12 m/s and 14m/s is the optimum condition to get an ideal purity and efficiency of the light waste when winnowing domestic waste in the city of southern China.

Abstract: This paper presents a predictive investigation using CFD techniques focusing on the tradeoff between steady-state airflow considerations and unsteady transient pressure wave tuning of a single cylinder IC engine. An axisymmetric CFD model has been developed to initially examine the steady-state flow characteristics generated by different inlet entry radii. This has then been further developed to incorporate the unsteady, transient pressure wave effects caused by the motion of inlet valve and piston. Detailed simulation results, which are validated against experimental data provided by Group Lotus plc, are reported here and quantitative conclusions are drawn for maximising airflow in future inlet manifold design.

Abstract: Applying the finite element method, the function of finite element analysis software AnsysWorkbench is powerful. Analysis 30 groups of different groove curvature radius coefficient model in extreme condition, obtained in applying extreme working conditions, stress and deformation data. Analysis results show that the inner groove curvature coefficient is 0.525, the outer ring raceway curvature coefficient of bearing is 0.52 when the slewing bearing shows maximum carrying capacity. Calculation, results provide analysis basis for slewing bearing design.

Abstract: The electrostatic sensitivity of triode 2SC3358 has been tested by completely step method. By using strict calculation, we have found the damage threshold voltage distribution of CB junction of the semiconductor device observe normal distribution, the confidence interval about average value of the damage voltage under a confidence level at 90% is (1095.6V, 1256.8V) and the standard deviation is 235.7V. The analysis of the distribution of damage probability about electrostatic sensitive device has important significance for improving the reliability of electrostatic sensitive system.

Abstract: Researchers have recently attempted to discover alternative energy sources that are accessible, technically viable, economically feasible, and environmentally acceptable. The objective of this study is to investigate regulated and unregulated exhaust emissions with petroleum diesel fuel and Jatrophabased biodiesel blends at proportions of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% (v/v). This study examines three regulated emissions: CO, NMHC and NOx, and two typical unregulated emissions: SO2 and formaldehyde. The CO and formaldehyde emissions increase at low engine loads, and decrease at high engine loads. The NMHC and NOx emissions of the five fuels continuously decrease as biodiesel blends increase. Besides, SME fuels can also reduce the SO2 emissions.

Abstract: Introduced the composition and the principle of operation of the oil system of aviation piston engine. Analysed common faults of the oil system including high oil pressure indication,low oil pressure indication, high oil temperature indication and excessive oil consumption.Failure causes for above faults were analysed separately.Symbols were stood for failure modes and failure causes. Constructed the BP neural network.Symbols of failure modes were inputs of the BP neural network,and symbols of failure causes were outputs of the BP neural network.Builded a mapping relationship between failure modes and failure causes by training samples studying.Four training samples were selected based on common faults and fault effects.A given mode was as a input of the network,and by adjusting connection weights and the threshold of every neuron,an ideal result could be gotten.Then other mode was as a input of the network which carried on studying until the epochs was 369,and the mean squared error fast converged and the value of mean squared error was.The failure causes for the given failure mode can be confirmed by this BP neural network.By engineering verification, the BP neural network is applicable to fault diagnosis for oil system of aviation piston engine.

Abstract: Taking the type of a double-row tapered roller bearing of a high speed railway passenger coach as research object, the analysis for tapered roller with logarithmic profile has been done. Through the comparison of contact stresses at different crowning values by the finite element software has been done, the best crowning value has been got. There is a certain error between the theory of crowning value and the best crowning value by researching.
