Abstract: At present,The installation error calibration of gravity accelerometer for the automatic vertical drilling tools is complex and difficult . For this,the paper presents three-position calibration method for the installation error of inclinometer with two-axis gravity accelerometer. The method is based on the equation about actual attitude angle of the inclinometer, installation error angular of two-axis gravity accelerometer and output voltage. The voltage value of the three position is measured, and iterative calculation with MATLAB is used to obtain the installation error angle. The results of simulation prove that this method can meet the requirements of installation error angle calibration of drilling tools , the calibration error is less than 1.5%.

Abstract: Engine bench test research has been done on a JL4JB1 diesel engine fueled with compressed natural gas (CNG), and the power performance, load performance and universal performance were obtained, analyzing the performance changing regulations of CNG engine. The results indicate that the maximum torque turns up at the medium speed when the engine operates at power performance points, and the minimum brake specific gas consumption (BSGC) also comes up at medium speed. When the rotating speed keeps constant, BSGC decreases with the torque increasing, and decreasing largely at small load while a little at high load. From the universal performance curve of CNG engine, we can know that the minimum BSGC is 194g/kW·h.

Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of passive uhf rfid tag chip through enumerating the contrast method, including alien higgs-4, nxp g2xm and impinj monza5. And the paper explains the chip impedance, memory allocation in detail. The conclusion is that the performance exist difference between each chip. Understanding the performance of the chip is helpful to design a suitable antenna. To provide reference for uhf rfid label antenna design.

Abstract: Taking into account the problem of plenty repeated works during the operation of engineering application software, the integrated solution of engineering application software based on EASA (the encapsulate tools of software) was proposed for improving the analysis efficiency and ensuring the analysis accuracy of software purpose. Then taking the strength analysis of bogie’s side frame as an example, the integrated analysis interface of strength analysis about side frame was established, realized the remote invocation based on Web, and the efficiency of engineering analysis was improved.

Abstract: According to the low intensity, good plasticity in soft coal seam, the effect of direct fracturing to increase permeability was not ideal, the new technology of hydraulic fracture soft coal rock was proposed, which increased coal seam permeability. Its technical principles and characteristics were researched. Water injection pressure was analyzed, including injection time, parameters of the technology and so on. Field application experiment and effect of inspection were conducted. The results showed that the concentration of gas extraction increased 4.3 times, and the gas extraction flow increased 6.2times. The technology has a good effect of fracturing and advantages in enlarging the released area and decreasing diffusion seepage resistance of coal seam. Most important, the technology has broad application prospects in soft coal seam.

Abstract: A multi-objective optimization method was advanced to make the drag and structure mass minimum of horizontal stabilizer based the precondition of meeting flying qualities. After the optimization, the longitudinal stability reduced, the longitudinal control performance increase. This method has referential meaning for the design of horizontal stabilizer for Mini-UVA.

Abstract: To optimized the structure parameters of steering gear assembled in low speed truck,an orthogonal experiment is designed within rang of variation of the structure parameters,under the guide of vehicle handing and stability comprehensive evaluation indexes.One optimum parameter group is obtained by analyzing the influence of structure parameters on evaluation indexes based on the simulation of the established and verified model of the truck steering system.The optimum parameters group is demonstrated can be benefit to the vehicle handing and stability through contrasting the original structure parameters,and achieving the objective of power steering gear structure parameters optimized analysis.

Abstract: According to the different volume ratios, soybean biodiesel is mixed with 0# diesel by 0%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%. These blends (B0, B20, B40, B60 and B80) are tested using Xinchai 490B diesel engine for their combustion and emission performance. It is concluded that output power first increases and then decreases as the volume ratio increases, while higher fuel consumption is presented. Meanwhile, smoke emission of B80 decreases remarkably up to 30.4% versus B0. NOX emission also increases slightly under engine external characteristic condition.

Abstract: Because difference of formation model affects the potential distribution on the metal casing, the resistivity logging response can be obtained through casing by measuring the potentials on the metal casing. In fact, the logging responses are the comprehension effects of complex formation and metal casing, so that in the coefficients of transmission line equation, we should consider the effects of formation model in radial-direction. In the following, for the formation taking on six-layer in axial-direction, and step in radial-direction, the resistivity logging responses through casing are researched and discussed, and given the recurrence formula to compute potential. Draw the curve of the resistivity logging response through casing of six-layer formations. The conductivity of formation is computed is very approximating to that of formation model. The computing examples also show that this method has a fast computing speed (the run time of computing example is less than 1s). For analysis the logging response of six-layers and block formations, and the design of logging instruments, the research is important significance and useful.
