To Analyse the Timely Maintenance System Usability by Stochastic Process
Abstract:
The producer is very concerned about the probability of the machinery system in working condition at the beginning of the mission. The system should be timely able to be maintained if it is in malfunction. The usability of timely maintenance system is analyzed by stochastic process. Two applied propositions are educed according to the characteristic of timely maintenance system usability by stochastic process. According to propositions, machine should be maintained in time. These conclusions can be referred by personnel of using the machinery.Keywords: random process; maintain usability; probability.System usability is the probability of the system in working condition in the beginning of the mission when the system completes the task in a random time. The system is a timely maintenance system if this system can be maintained in time when it is broken down. The system usability of timely maintenance system relate to time, so it can be analyzed by stochastic process.
