The Structural Optimization of Large Capacity Skip Based on ANSYS

Abstract:

In the past, the safety factor selected was too high, and the material was serious wasted in the design process of lifting equipment. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzed the stress of the large capacity skip. Through analysis,we had the relationship with the strength of the skip and section cross-sectional area, the thickness of the skip bucket box plate, the stiffener of cross-sectional area, the spacing of stiffeners, and knew the primary and secondary relationship.
