Abstract: In this thesis, A novel method for measuring the evenness of raw silk is introduced. Firstly, the moving raw silk images are captured by image acquisition system including a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) line sensor, a telecentric lens, a light source. Then, the raw silk images are processed sequentially with threshold segmentation, morphological opening operation. Threshold segmentation is used to realize the separation of raw silk and background, morphological opening operation can eliminate the protrusion and the loop fiber which surrounding the main body of raw silk in the binary image. the coefficient of variation (CV value) of diameter is adopted to characterized the raw silk evenness. its suitable performance is illustrated using experimental results.

Abstract: With the digital and networked development in information industry, people's requirements for video playback quality step up, and people put forward higher requirements to the regulatory work. After timely detecting factors which effect the quality of video playback, such as: mosaic, no sound, black field, supervision departments take corresponding measures to adjust the broadcast program which is beneficial to improve the playback quality. Among them, this article made some analysis on the static frame and black field which are important parts of the program content detection, and tells us the causes and characteristics of them. Then we design the detection method for these two kinds of phenomena by controlling the static frame and black field threshold size .Finally, we use the MATLAB program to realize the detection of the static frame and black field.

Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware and programming involved in collecting the image of the digital code wheel by microprocessor STM32 directly driving camera chip OV7670 and the transmission of collected image. This design simplifies the hardware structure to the greatest extent and minimizes cost. Our design has three advantages. Fist, direct driving saves the intermediary register chip, simplifies the circuit and also reduces the amount of elements used. Second, by using the CMOS digital image sensor with windowing function—OV7670 to capture the image of code wheel we simplify the hardware structure and reduces the cost because of the D/A conversion circuit and complex programmable logic device contained in OV7670. Third, we successively solve the problem of the small capacity (20k) of STM32F103C8T6 chip’s SRAM by cutting out 24080 images from 640480. So time spent on data transmission and processing can be shortened.

Abstract: The avionics system is a core component of the civil aircraft. To reduce the risk and cost of developing avionics system, shorten the development cycle, through the development process of avionics systems, variety of simulation and verification must be done. The bus excitation signals need to be provided for each avionics unit and the signals from each avionics unit need to be received and processed. The multilayer abstract model and organizational structure model of the bus excitation system was established. And a complete bus excitation system was designed. In this system, the ARINC429 bus signals and discrete signals for communication and navigation equipments were provided, and the signals from the equipments were received and processed. This system has been tested, and one practical application example of the system was given.

Abstract: For high-reliability and long-lifetime product, it is difficult to assess the reliability with traditional accelerated life test that record only time to failure. Aiming to solve the problem of the previously, a reliability test and assessment method forecasting the life of samples based on degradation parameter was proposed. According to the working characteristic, the key parameter measuring performance degradation was selected. Based on statistical analysis methods, parameter degradation was designed and parameter degradation model was build. Combined with practical application background, the failure threshold was set and reliability assessment resultwas obtained. The method is applied to assessing reliability of micro gyroscope. The application shows that the method can achieve effective assessment, which can be used as similar products that are difficult to obtain the failure life data in a short time.

Abstract: For wireless sensor networks for energy requirements are very high and limited node energy characteristics of wireless sensor networks to improve information transfer for the purpose of quick study proposes a wireless sensor network nodes spread weighted routing strategy. The simulation result were weighted node degree technical analysis, analysis of the advantages from the principle of routing policy change, thereby effectively increasing the network lifetime and improve the data transfer rate and reduce the transmission delay, is more suitable for large-scale wireless sensor network.

Abstract: The angular sensor is frequently used to measure relative angle changes between two structural components, from the perspective of working principles, it can be divided into "angular displacement" and "linear displacement" angular sensor. In the application under water, the watertightness of traditional angular sensor can not meet the requirements, and the sensor is easy to corrode in the sea water, causing damage to the sensor. The outer shell of new underwater angular sensor is made of 304 stainless steel, by making use of the exclusion principle of magnet and the synchronous changes of magnetic axis driven by magnetism, the angle transducer in the body can measure the relative angle changes between two structural components under water.

Abstract: In the glass production industry, kiln glass liquid level control system is an important link. And the controlled object of liquid level control system often has the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying and long time-delay. For this kind of complex control system, the parameters of the PID controller are difficult to be set and it is difficult to obtain the expected control effect. This paper puts forward combining fuzzy controller and Smith predictor, expounds the complementary action between Smith predictor controller and fuzzy controller. Finally according to the characteristics of the glass kiln liquid level fluctuation and the actual situation, the reasonable glass kiln liquid level automatic control scheme is designed. Using Simulink tool in MATLAB to do the simulation for the system and through the analysis of simulation results, this control system can achieve good control effect.

Abstract: This paper explains the basic principle of hydrostatic transmission. The mathematical model of proportional driving mechanism and pump control motor mechanism has been established. According to the simulation results, the response characteristic relationship of system can be obtained,and analyses the controllability,the observability, the absolute stability and relative stability of the system,in order to illustrate the system is in conformity with the requirements of design.

Abstract: In order to study the efficiency on hydro-mechanical transmission (HMT),this paper analyses the stepless speed regulation characteristic,torque characteristic and hydraulic power distributing characteristic of HMT.According to the calculating method of efficiency of the closed pump-motor system and planetary gear,the approximate efficiency formulas of HMT were established.The result shows that:the efficiency of HMT is much higher than that of hydrostatic transmission (HST),the peak efficiency of HMT can reach about 90% and the average efficiency of HMT can exceed more than 80%.
