Abstract: Intertwined automobile generator stator core is made from twisted Strip steel with teeth. This winding process is different from the method of traditional laminated machining. Intertwined technique is a new method that for the manufacturing of stator cores in automotive alternators. The productive process include such key steps: Leveling of the bar-typed materials, stamping, enwinding, soldering and plastic. This methods has raised the production efficiency and used ratio of the materials, and even make a cost reduction compared with the traditional ways of strap-typed stator core manufacturing. They are able to make a substitution to the imported products by most automotive alternator enterprises as well as complete the blanks of domestic market and have a large extent of social and economic benefits.

Abstract: How to make discarded mobile mechanical product implement material and components reuse and recycling economical in its all 1ife was the focus of green design. Aiming at the problems of the traditional design which is not considering recycling resources and the influences to the environment after the end of life of the productions, the concept and content of green design for recycling was introduced, in addition, the tactic of green design for recycling was included. At last, the method of realizing the mobile mechanical productions recycling is pointed out.

Abstract: In this paper ,design a kind of rolling-shoe bearing device for supporting rotary cylinder, compare the characteristics of sliding shoe, roller, Rolling-Shoe Bearing, introduce the work principle of r Rolling-Shoe Bearing device, describe the overall structure of Rolling-Shoe Bearing device, the roller arrangement scheme, the design scheme of the raceway cover and structure of the main parts of the device. Research shows Rolling-Shoe Bearing device improves the stability, the reliability of the equipment operation, reduces the cost, and prolongs the service life of equipment.

Abstract: For the importance of automobile light and hard to design problem, the application of high level injection tooling Moldflow was used. Through analyzed with Moldflow and combined the actually mold tooling developed experience, the lens of the automobile light developed successfully. The results show that the mold injection gate position and Hot-runner type are quite reasonable. The designed sub-runner and injection process parameter are suitable. There are no air traps and weld line with this mold to produce the auto light lens. The shrinkage of the product is even and the maximum shrinkage value is below 4% that fulfill the plastic demand. Using the Moldflow can reduce the development cycle, the experiment time and improve the product quality and working efficiency.

Abstract: This paper analyses the basic structure and the separation theory of hydrocyclone. Three-dimension spiral flow theory and CFD method was used to simulate the Φ75mm hydrocyclone. The paper focuses on researching the separation efficiency influenced by different inlet velocities, volume fraction values and the particle diameters. Besides, the influence of the thickness of overflow pipe is also considered. Results of numerical simulation shows that with the inlet velocity range from 1 to 5m/s and the particle diameters range from 2 to 5um, the hydrocyclone separation efficiency is increasing. As the volume fraction value increased from 1% to 15%, the separation efficiency descended. Increasing the thickness of overflow pipe can reduce the turbulent kinetic energy of hydrocyclone, which can make the inner flow field more stable and enhance the separation efficiency.

Abstract: In order to meet the design requirement of maintainability in equipment’s battlefield guarantee process, substance-field analysis model based on the TRIZ theory is introduced in this paper. It can improve system’s maintainability design efficiency to predict the evolution direction of technical system and analysis the ideal solution by the model. Taking the design of combat resilience of radar feed transmission system as an example, this paper analyzed the application of substance-field model in equipment’s combat resilience design. The result shows that TRIZ substance-field analysis model can effectively guide the combat resilience design, specify the design direction, and improve the design efficiency.

Abstract: The theory of thermal energy converters based on polyelectrolyte hydrogels has been developed. The possibility of providing the circulation of a fluid in the contour by controlled variations of the local value of concentrations of the mobile ions that cause an osmotic pressure gradient was shown. On the basis of the solution of motion equations of the mobile ions the numerical estimates of parameters of proposed type of circulation contour are given.

Abstract: It can be found that the redundant second generation wavelet function had more accurate analysis ability compared with the other wavelets and wavelet packets through simulation signals analyses. The analyses of the industrial signals may be more difficult due to its complex character. The de-noising ability of the redundant second generation wavelet to the industrial noise was confirmed by comparing with wavelet packets. But the signal after de-noising still expresses confused and makes analysis difficult. The optimized redundant second generation wavelet transform (ORSGWT) method was established with Newton interpolation and scale thresholds. Then the fault signals of valve block gap being processed with ORSGWT method were smoother and more apparent about the fault characters comparing with the normal state signals.

Abstract: To meet the requirements, based on the provision of Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), of gas leakage monitoring inside dosing room of fumigant warehouse at the inspection and quarantine port, a fumigant gas trace detection system (FGTDS) based on photoionization detector (PID) is developed. The principle, structure and characteristic of the system design are especially demonstrated. The test data under different temperature, relative humidity (RH) and methyl bromide concentration demonstrate that the FGTDS based on PID can measure methyl bromide under very low concentration. A conclusion can be drawn that the requirements of gas leakage monitoring inside dosing room of fumigation warehouse at the inspection and quarantine port can be met through further proper design.
