Abstract: The main drawbacks of structural pattern recognition compared to statistical pattern recognition are the high computation complexity and fewer processing tools that are available in the domain. To bridge the gap between the structural and statistical pattern recognition, a new graph embedding method based on space syntax and improved K-means clustering is proposed. The present paper uses the space syntax theory to build quantitative description of the nodes’ topological features, and then combines the proposed topological features with non-topological features in other aspects of the domain to construct node feature set using an improved K-means clustering algorithm, and then maps the graph into vector space explicitly by a statistical approach. Thus SVM can be applied to achieve graph classification. The experimental results show that such an embedding method can achieve higher classification accuracy in different graph datasets.

Abstract: Contourlet transform is a new multi-scale, multi-resolution analysis tool. This paper studied on the theory of Contourlet transform.,According to the practical application requirements of characteristics of data, much details in complex images it propose a novel image fusion method of remote sensing images based on contourlet Coefficients correlativity of directional region. Besides improving fused images spatial resolution, our method can better preserve original multi-spectral image’s color information.Extensive experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to conventional methods in terms of entropy, joint entropy, and average gradient. It can enhance the spatial resolution of target images. Meanwhile, it well preserves the color information of multi-spectral images.

Abstract: Authenticity, integrity and authentication primitive technology for digital image content case of digital image forensics, as one branch of information security technology, is not pre-embedded image watermarks to forensic identification. In this paper, a common digital image tampering copy and paste operations have been studied and proposed detection method for this operation to improve the robustness of the algorithm.

Abstract: The paper presents the first results of the Improved XCS in classification problems. We classify the classifiers into certain-right classifiers, certain-wrong classifiers and uncertain classifiers, and then analyze the difference between certain and uncertain classifiers. A new classifier attribute at is presented which denotes the ascending times of prediction error, the bad condition set is used to improve the robustness of the system. Several experiment results on binary and integral classification problems demonstrate the superior performance of the Improved XCS.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and stability of infrared target detection, a novel moving target detection approach based on temporal-spatial domain fusion is presented. A multi-level spatial-temporal median filter is utilized to extract the background frame, with which the background clutters are suppressed by using the background subtraction technique. Then a local weighted operator is applied to enhance the targets. Lastly, the otsu thresholding algorithm is utilized to detect the targets. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach is capable of detecting infrared moving targets effectively for F1 measurement up to 92.8%.

Abstract: Coal and gas outburst has become one of the major disaster hazard of coal mine safety, Staff on gas outburst disaster prevention is now important research project. The gas outburst prediction work, different degrees of factors has some impact on forecast accuracy, such as logical reasoning efficiency is low. This paper, by using the BP neural network combined with gas outburst samples a prediction model is established, According to the data of a certain coal mine as a sample, Using MATLAB software to simulation test, have been predicted and actual values fitting degree is higher, Can reflect the realities of the coal and gas outburst.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of laser active imaging and the real-time image features needed, a new image de-noising algorithm based on the voting median filter and integer lifting-wavelet transform was proposed. Firstly, the noise image was dealt with voting median filter to eliminate the interference of impulse noise. Secondly, the noise image was decomposed with lifting-wavelet, wavelet coefficients was processed with Bayes adaptive threshold method. Finally got de-noised image by inverse transform. Through compared with the standard median filter, lifting-wavelet transform, the ordinary wavelet combined with the median filter, experimental results show that this method has advanced de-noising performance and edge retention. Meanwhile it has the less computation time.

Abstract: A matching method based on Canny operator and SIFT algorithm for binary image is proposed. The Canny operator was applied on source image to detect edge and generate binary image. SIFT algorithm was used to match and recognize the binary images. The results of experiment show that the method we proposed ,under the premise of exact recognition, not only hold the great mass of key information, but also reduce the volume of data in source image. This method has good application prospects in massive image search ,terrain matching and so on.
