The Characteristics of Dyed Fancy Yarn Formation Pattern Research

Abstract:

Based on the research of the current situation of design and production of fancy yarn, the article point out the reason why the current development of fancy yarn has been limited. Chose dyed fancy yarns in different length as subjects of contrastive experiment, the authors further analyze the different pattern shape caused by the different width of basic fabric formation during the production of fancy yarns. And after the primary discussion of the changing rules and main impact factors of the formation of the fabric pattern, this paper comes to a conclusion, which is with great practical importance to the current development of sweater products, that there is a close relationship between the pattern change of the fancy yarn and the section length of the dyed circle, the proportion of dyed yarn and the width and formation of the fabrics.
