Abstract: When we use power line as data carrier, due to the complexity of the PLC network environment, data packet loss frequently, so the paper deal with the iterative learning control for a class of nonlinear systems with measurement dropouts in the PLC, and studies the P-type iterative learning control algorithm convergence issues, the data packet loss is described as a stochastic Bernoulli process, on this basis we given convergence conditions for the P-type iterative learning control algorithm. The theoretically analysis is supported by the simulation of a numerical example; the convergence of ILC can be guaranteed when some output measurements are missing.

Abstract: In this paper the structure of natural gas compressor monitoring system was designed. All the register data in PLC could be obtained to meet the real-time requirement by an instruction of PPI protocol. The technical framework of system was introduced simply, and the parameter method for measuring was put forward in fault diagnosis of natural gas compressor.

Abstract: Non-contact 3D body measurement, which has been the main way to gain human body information,but the large amount of information it gains is hard to save. So, management system of non-contact body measurement database, which uses C# and SQL database, is designed to save the information correctly and properly. It takes C/S model to set up the application platform based on 3D body measurement that has friendly interface and is convenient to use. Meanwhile, the platform has certain expansion space, realizing the input, query, analysis and backup of the data as well as customer-oriented online search and figure type analysis. The system provides basic data for company production, research of fashion theory by academic institutions as well as deeper excavation of human body data.

Abstract: Proactive network offers several to communicate on protocol. Protocol has various features. Proactive protocol PNP is a general purpose communication. It has only one TCP port. Proactive communication is performed using proactive communication protocol. Procative network protocol is used over SSL. It uses ciphering which is used in order to perform secure communication. The IP address and TCP on which the message router is bound is printed on the standard output.

Abstract: The workflow management, in which the main line is the product, is used widely. The emergence of product structure makes workflow management more complex. This thesis focuses on the realization method of workflow engine based on product structure. Firstly, this paper describes the formal definition of the workflow based on product structure, and then gives the algorithm of instantiating workflow, the startup algorithms and the advance algorithms involved in the workflow execution in detail, finally, this paper shows the realization of the engine based on these algorithms. These algorithms described in this paper allow users to make decisions on designing and establishing the composition of the product structure flexible, to define the approval process of the task node flexible, and to advance the process according to the results of the instantiation automatically.

Abstract: The optimal calculaion of non-probabilistic structure reliability index is researched, where the minimum distance from the origin to the limit-state surface in the standard normal space is required. From the viewpoints of the global nolinear and local linear, it build the global approximate variational inequality. The primal coupled potential function is used to decide direction and step of searching. It is more effective in convergence and polynomials than the other methods in the related references. After a brief review, the method are compared through two numerical examples. It shows that the present method is effective and feasibility.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the anthropometric feature of young women aged between 18 and 25 from Northeastern China, and compare the difference between the young Northeastern China women and the national adult females. More than 400 young Northeastern China women were measured, and the body data were collected by mix-measurement of 3D scanner and manual method, and the main sizes were extracted to descript the total anthropometric characterizes. The high mean value of the Northeastern young women is 162.3 CM, which is 5.75 CM higher than the national adult females. In the high direction, the other mean values of the samples are variously higher than the national adult females. Overall, the young Northeastern China women are taller than the national adult females and well proportioned. In the width direction, the mean values of bust, waist and neck of the 18-25 years old young women are larger than the national adult females, except the hip.

Abstract: After analyzing the present process design technology, the research integrates the present process design technology with CAPP system. In the paper CAPP system based on knowledge integration is introduced here. And the system’s framework, data structure, function and its’ work flow and design and realization methods are discussed in detail. With the application of the process design system integrated with knowledge, the knowledge of process design will be managed in a unified way and shared among it’s users. Thus the time spent on production research will be shortened, and the manufacturing facility will be improved.

Abstract: Effects of the distance between guided needle and cone body on properties of MVS yarns were investigated by numerical simulation. 5 groups of the distance are designed (0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm). The 3D computational fluid dynamics models are established to conduct the numerical simulation of the airflow in the nozzle. Through analysis of the characteristics of air flow inside the different nozzles, such as pressure distribution and velocity vectors, the motion of drafted fibers and performances of yarns are discussed. Simulation results show that when the distance is 1.5mm, the airflow state within the nozzle is beneficial to form more open-ends and twist, and the yarn quality would be better.
