Abstract:

In many cases, the color information is useless. If we extract non-color characteristics of detection target without increasing complexity of the system,we can improve efficiency in the use of video.This paper presents a technique which must be realized based on the assumption that the body is perpendicular to the ground can measure human’s height by single camera. This technology has a strong practical in the field of Public Security Criminal Investigation
