Abstract: In consideration of the generated energy per unit area as large as possible and the expense of generated energy per unit as low as possible, this paper has proposed optimization selection method for the types of solar panels about six surfaces of the single house which receive solar radiation,the solar panels series and parallel connection and the invertors. The final laying scheme has been obtained through the synthetical evaluation of the optimization results about six surfaces .

Abstract: Rural grid has large waste for its discontinuity in application. Li-ion battery, with feature such as small size, large power density, high single voltage, low self-discharge rate, low inner resistor and so on, has been applied in power storage system. The intelligent power storage system based on li-ion battery and super capacitor can effectively storage the extra power in the period of grid off-peak, and also could absorb the feedback energy when the velocity modulation system is braking, largely increases the use rate of energy storage.

Abstract: Lithium ion battery, as a new type of energy storage equipment, has small size, large power density, high individual voltage, low rate of self-discharging and small self-resistance etc. It substitutes the traditional power battery in AGV. Since it will disconnect from the electric power system after charging, it only has to rely on the energy left to finish all tasks, research on power consumption of its protection circuit is especially important. Experiments prove that the power consumption of improved protection board could be reduced by around 50%, efficiently improves the performance of lithium ion battery protection circuit.

Abstract: Much energy was created when hybrid electric vehicle braked down, Battery storage system can not absorb the energy efficiently due to its limitation, which caused energy waste. Regenerative braking system with super capacitor based on TMS320F2812 was brought forward in order to solve the problem, ADVSOR simulation results prove the system can improve battery’s performance and reduce engine emission pollution greatly.

Abstract: Constrained damping layer (CDL) treatment has been an effective way to suppress vibration level of various structures. by introducing this method into the vibration control system of electronic equipments, this paper firstly discussed the dominant mechanism difference between free damping layer treatment and constrained damping layer treatment, Then base on the constrained layer damping layout optimization method in the vibration system of a rectangle thin board like PCB, a series of experimental investigations were presented on the vibration response of printed circuit boards treated with partial constrained damping layers. as a result, it proves the CDL treatment having good effect on vibration response control of PCBs.

Abstract: Currently, VLAN technology in engineering practice of smart substation has become mature, but due to the limitation of device support and simulation technology, the system implementation scheme based on GMRP has few mature case studies can be carried out. Through the study of IEC61850 standard, the special simulation system of substation simulation based on discrete event simulation technique is designed and implemented. Finally, the completed of the simulation of data transmission in smart substation and the simulation analysis based on GMRP, proves that the use of GMRP protocols in data transmission is feasible.

Abstract: To understand the effect of a single overload on the fracture behavior in welded joints, the stress and strain field at the crack tip in a safe-end dissimilar metal welded joint in nuclear pressure vessel is simulated and analyzed by using the elastic-plastic finite element method in the paper, in which the mechanical heterogeneity in welded joint is emphatically considered. The investigating results indicate that the tensile plastic strain at crack tip increases, but the tensile stress decreases as a single overload increases, and the influence of a single overload on tensile strain is larger than one on tensile stress, which provide a theoretical basis for quantitatively estimating the crack growth rate of environmentally assisted cracking in the welded structural material of pressure vessel and piping in the nuclear power plant.

Abstract: Metering chip is the core of electrical meter. The accuracy of metering chip affects the measurement property of electrical meter, so it’s necessary to study the behavior of it. The simulation studies of metering chip are mostly based on part sections of it, but lack the whole simulation model. This paper proposes a Simulink model of whole metering chip based on certain one-phase metering chip by designing the ADC, high pass filter (HPF), low pass filter (LPF), and so on, and make simulation of this model. The result shows that the accuracy of this model is about 0.1%, which verifies the effectiveness of it.

Abstract: Combined with the 110KV line breaking protection action, this paper pointed out the main problems is that the switch of 110KV side is not disconnected. It leaded to protection action of T type transformer in 110KV line. Because of the problem in switch operating of 110KV line, the three phases are not disconnecting all. It caused insulation damage of the 110KV main transformer that the 110KV line is non-phase, and then it caused tripping main transformer protection. This paper proposes improvement measures and precautions for such situations.
