Experimental Study on the Influencing Factors of Piston Liquid Filling Accuracy

Article Preview

Abstract:

By using self-designed servo piston liquid filling system, the filling nozzle diameter, the shape of the liquid outlet the irrigation fluid velocity curve, level track distance for filling accuracy to determine optimal filling of the low viscosity liquid parameters are studied using orthogonal experimental method. The experiment results showed that: highest accuracy is got under the nozzle diameter of is 8 mm, the shape of the liquid outlet is straight mouth, the speed of the low-speed range is 55ml / s, the liquid level tracking distance is 0cm.Key words: plunger type; orthogonal test; filling accuracy; optimal filling parameters
