Firstly, expounds the overall structure of the database and research on system information technology. And then elaborate the main function modules of the system. Lastly, test the validity and practicability of the system combined with a specific example. After verification, the system can be very good to meet the needs of the enterprise to the type of resource demand.

Abstract: Mobile cloud computing provides a deeper hierarchical tangibility for the construction and environment of digital library and mobile cloud services will certainly become the service mode of the future digital library. From three aspects: information resources integration, the expansion of mobile terminal device capability, information service innovation, this paper discusses upgrade of overall strength of mobile cloud design to digital library information service. At the same time, it also detailed introduces the main function of mobile computing platform layer, mobile cloud library platform layer and mobile terminal application layer.

Abstract: The flexible housing is a house to be able to change space, depending on the needs of dwellers in order to adapt diversity and change of resident’s life. This report studies the characteristic of space on the flexible unit planning by analyzing justify graphs according to change of rooms and change of space between rooms. The flexible housing can be classified as the central core type and central hall type, the central core type shows a ring type for improving the connectedness between spaces, and central hall type appeared to be a tree type to create independent rooms for flexibility.

Abstract: The paper proposed a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN)’s Sybil node discovery method based on groups relative location information. By setting the distributed algorithm of node group, the relative locations of each node with its surrounding and interactive nodes are analyzed location, interactions of surrounding location information are done by a certain mechanism. According to group location information and data filed, the clustering analysis of location information is carried out. This is used to discover the nodes which are obviously closer than others location. Therefore recognition and tolerance of Sybil nodes are implemented. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method has much lower computational cost and implements load balancing among different nodes,. In addition, the proposed method is able to discover Sybil nodes in wireless sensor networks timely as well.

Abstract: The mathematic express of positive scheme axis-symmetric Euler equations is derived. With the numerical calculation of oblique shocks regular reflection problem, the validity of the positive scheme method and the self-programmed codes is verified. The positive scheme method is developed to solve the axis-symmetric Euler equations and then used to simulate the supersonic axis-symmetric flow over missile afterbody. The results show that: the numerical simulation match well with the experimental results and the numerical results obtained by the already existing high accuracy scheme method, the correctness of the development of positive scheme method is verified.

Abstract: There is a one-to-one relationship between nonnegative matrix pairs and two-colored digraph. With the knowledge of graph theory, by studying the associated directed digraph of a class of special nonnegative matrix pairs, that is a class of two-colored digraphs whose uncolored digraph have 3n-1 vertices and consists of one (3n-1)-cycle and one n-cycle are considered. The exponent and characteristic of extreme two-colored digraphs are given.

Abstract: As the development trend of future library, with powerful architecture and technical support provided by cloud computing, ubiquity has become an integrated data storage centre where can obtain resources anytime and anywhere. This paper discusses the constructive contents of ubiquitous library under cloud computing environment and designs the service system frame of ubiquitous library based on cloud computing form four levers: ubiquitous computing and resource pool, ubiquitous network, ubiquitous service application, ubiquitous terminal and perceptual extension. Meanwhile, it also detailed introduces the main function of each level.

Abstract: Aiming at vehicle routing problem (VRP) with many extended features is widely used in actual life, multi-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with soft time windows (MDHIVRPSTW) mathematical model is established. An improved ant colony optimization (IACO) is proposed for solving this model. Firstly, MDHIVRPSTW was transferred into different groups according to nearest depot method, then constructing the initial route by scanning algorithm (SA). Secondly, genetic operators were introduced, and then adjusting crossover probability and mutation probability adaptively in order to improve the global search ability of the algorithm. Moreover, smooth mechanism was used to improve the performance of ant colony optimization (ACO). Finally, 3-opt strategy was used to improve the local search ability. The proposed IACO has been tested on a 32-customer instance which was generated randomly. The experimental results show that IACO is superior to other three algorithms in terms of convergence speed and solution quality, thus the proposed method is effective and feasible, and the proposed model is better than conventional model.

Abstract: The crucial of design a robust image watermarking scheme is cope with geometrical attacks in transform domain.In this paper, a novel feature-based image watermarking scheme resilient to the geometrical attacks is proposed. Firstly, the harris-affine detector is utilized to extract invariant feature points from the host image. Then, by the feature scale of the local structure, the feature regions are adaptively computed and normalized. Finally, several copies of the digital watermark are embedded into the nonoverlapped local feature regions by quantizing the magnitude vectors of the DFT middle frequency. During detection, the resynchronization is achieved through feature points. And the embedded sequence can be extracted by “majority principles” without resorting to the original host image. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good transparency and is very robust to common image processing and geometric attacks.

Abstract: A mathematical model is proposed for predicting static water resistance of offshore wind turbine installation vessel and to calculate the resistance of a certain type of offshore wind turbine installation vessel. In order to verify the efficiency of this mathematical model, the comparison between results calculated by it and actual model test has been made. The conclusion indicates that the estimation method is reliable, and it can provide reference for resistance calculation of similar type vessels. Currently in China, there are no references for the effective prediction and calculation of the resistance for offshore wind turbine installation vessel. Therefore the proposed method has important value of engineering application in the areas of effective resistance estimation method of offshore wind turbine installation vessel, as well as the numerical calculation of ship hydrodynamics.
