Abstract: With the rapid development of aerial UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), the design of real-time data acquisition and transmission system for the video signal has a new applied field. It is different from traditional video acquisition and processing system, aerial video signal has the problems of screen jitter and spatial interference. The processing algorithm of aerial UAV airborne video signal is put forward in the paper, and the platform of high speed procession is constructed based on chip TMS320DM642, and get a good effect.

Abstract: The passive wireless communication as a kind of advanced new technology, has been widely applied in the green energy-saving buildings. It is through the control of building system terminal equipments, data exchange mode and control layer, and update the mechanical and electrical equipment control logic, to achieve the purpose of implementation of green energy-saving renovation project. The use of this technology to radically reduce the construction cost, and not just make the energy consumption of building system control, and a substantial reduction in cable laying, metal used, battery replacement, pollutants brought about by the construction cost. Advanced passive wireless sensor, using energy collection technology, and make full use of indoor light energy in daily life, human activities of mechanical energy, etc., to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the green building system.

Abstract: High Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) of the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signal is one of the limitations to the transmission performance of optical OFDM system. In this paper, we propose a novel hybrid PAPR reduction technique called Hadamard Transform Combined with Partial transmit sequence (HTCP). The proposed HTCP scheme combines the merits of two complementary techniques, i.e., Hadamard transform and Partial Transmit Sequence (PTS), to improve the performance of the optical OFDM system in terms of PAPR and Bit Error Rate (BER). Simulation results show that the HTCP scheme has better performance with regard to PAPR and BER compared with the case of applying only the Hadamard transform or PTS technique.

Abstract: It is a common practice to assign weights to customer needs in Requirements Engineering. However, there are three hidden traps underlying this practice, which may lead to distortion of customer preferences. Aiming to mitigate these traps, a three-step approach based on group decision analysis is proposed. In the 1st step, real customer needs are identified and structured. Then, measurable attributes are identified for each customer need and used as the input parameters to establish a multi-attribute utility function for individuals. In the 3rd step, customer group’s different preferences are derived from individual customer’s preference to determine a final weight for each customer need. The approach is validated through a case study.

Abstract: Increasing train speeds is conceptually a simple and straight forward method to expand railway capacity, for example in comparison to other more extensive and elaborate alternatives. In this article an analytical capacity model has been investigated as a means of performing a sensitivity analysis of train speeds. The results of this sensitivity analysis can help improve the operation of this railway system and to help it cope with additional demands in the future. To test our approach a case study of the Rah Ahane Iran (RAI) national railway network has been selected. The absolute capacity levels for this railway network have been determined and the analysis shows that increasing trains speeds may not be entirely cost effective in all circumstances.

Abstract: Order picking for bookstore distribution centers was studied. The batch picking method is proposed based on association rule data mining and 0-1 integer programming for the characteristics of bookstore distribution operations such as multi-variety, small-batch and high-frequency. The associations between orders is mined by apriori algorithm. Orders are grouped into batches by establishing and solving 0-1 integer programming to maximize the support value of association between orders. This model is applied in the bookstore distribution center and application results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: In order to solute the problems of selection and improvement of parts when the product family architecture to adapt to the diverse needs, the selection method of parts in product family evolution was proposed herein. The part’s performance and the Matching degree of demand characteristics were analyzed. The parts CSM model in product family was defined and established, the clustering method based on fuzzy C-means (FCM) for parts was used in CSM coupling space of parts. Finally, the wheel loader’s manipulator product family as an example was employed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: In this study, we introduce new methods to informationize small-sized enterprises to strengthen their competitiveness. First, we examine SME information management Status and analyze why small businesses are not informationized. There are some problems why small businesses are not informationized. With those problem, we think about the application developing method of an individualized approach to cell unit and LEGO-style modular ICT method. Also we conduct these method to verify their effects and advantages in the real case. That practice results in lower cost, better effects and advantages than existing methods, especially for the sustained utilization. Small-sized business information management will be vitalized by cost reduction of APP development and using former infra instead of extra expert.
