Industrial Park Reflection and Planning Model Research of Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Central China

Abstract:

This article starts with the typical cases of industrial park planning and construction in small and medium-sized cities in the rapid urbanization in central China, and sums up the development characteristics and existing problems. According to the theories of industrial concentration, spatial development, labor force and urbanization, a dialectical study of the reasonable and contradictory existing of industrial park has be done. Finally, we have a discussion of a new mode that consist of theory construction, land transformation, industrial change and space structure, and apply it in the case of Wuxue city in Hubei province to guide the industrial park construct in a rational, orderly and scientific way.
