Abstract: Central air conditioning system with multi variable, nonlinear, time-varying, large time-delay characteristics using the traditional control strategy is difficult to control and good energy saving effect. For these features of central air conditioning system, self-adjustment fuzzy controller is studied based on the fuzzy controller. The simulation can be seen, the self-adjustment fuzzy controller has a faster response speed and smaller steady-state error, while there is a certain adaptive capacity. Its control performance is superior to conventional control strategies and conventional fuzzy controller. Central air-conditioning system uses the parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller strategy combined with inverter technology. According to load changes, central air conditioning water system can automatically real-timely control the pumps to ensure that the comfort of central air-conditioning provided a significant reduction in energy consumption.

Abstract: Liquid crystal displays (LCD’s) are continuously coated with some chemicals in the clean room of a factory. Spreading of these chemicals is causing serious problems both in controlling clean room quality as well as to the workers inside the factory. It is required to alleviate or properly control the offensive odor which is mainly composed of propylene glycol mono ethyl acetate, novolak resin and photo active compound. The control strategy employed is to bleed the offensive odor gas out the cleanroom. A full scale 3D CFD model was created with anisotropic porous media, chemical species transport with no volumetric reaction, and thermal diffusion with propane gas (tracer gas) to simulate the odor spreading. A segregated implicit solver with standard k-ε model is employed. The detailed CFD analysis made it possible to develop an effective method of ventilating the coater room and optimizing their capacities.

Abstract: In recent years, people pay increasing attention to the issue whether indoor air conditioning system can meet the requirements of thermal comfort under the circumstance of good air quality and reduce energy consumption. FLUENT, commercial computational fluid dynamics software is used to simulate the three-dimensional distribution of temperature and velocity in the subject hotel atrium. The turbulence model modified by buoyancy was used to solve equations. The SIMPLE scheme was used for numerical discrimination. Distribution of temperature, velocity on some typical section and the atrium space can be obtained; the result of numerical simulation can be visualized by post-processing module of FLUENT and TECPLOT software. The influence to the air flow distribution is simulated and calculated by the elements of different rates, angle, and height of the air supply flow. As for the specified case of the project, an optimized solution is obtained, that is supply air speed 6 m/s, angle 15°, air inlet height 7.5m, air temperature 291K.

Abstract: This paper studied the technology of PTN networking structure and networking planning technology. We studied the key technology of PTN, the relevant algorithm to optimize PTN networking. Using matlab simulation software we realize kruskal algorithm to construct minimum spanning tree. The results of this study can improve the efficiency of the network, and reduce network construction, reduce the operation cost. It has good social and economic significance.

Abstract: Because of the atmospheric scattering phenomenon, weather atmospheric degraded images captured in foggy environment have poor contrast and visibility, it has seriously affected the quality of the images. So this paper analysis and find something different between the dark channel prior and the interpolating self-adaptive histogram equalization method based on physical and non-physical model. And using the histogram similarity evaluation is evaluated on them. Finally, further discussion are indicated on techniques challenges and future development.

Abstract: A watershed segmentation algorithm based on fuzzy C-means clustering () was proposed in this paper , which can solve the problem of over-segmentation in sonar image processing. Firstly, the original image was transformed to be gray image and then segmented by watershed algorithm. Secondly, the improved particle swarm optimization () was used to find the accurate original clustering centers of . Finally, with the accurate centers and the improved target function, the small regions of the initial segmented image was clustered by . The iterating number was controlled to increase segmenting speed. Additionally, the high sonar image segmentation efficiency is testified in the experiment and the problem of over-segmentation is restricted.

Abstract: According to the actual operation type of submarine against aerial targets, this paper proposes a fast dynamic multi factor weighted threat assessment method, establishes the threat assessment factor which has the strongest influence and membership function. The multi factor assessment matrix is built on the base of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the factor weight coefficient is obtained and then the model might judge the threat level of the target. The method is fast and practical, it will provide a reference for establishment of submarine to air missile threat assessment.

Abstract: The basic attribute reduction algorithm based on discernibility matrix was introduced. Through analyzing the algorithm, the shortages were found. Then the heuristic reduction algorithm based on the feature weight is presented in the paper. In the algorithm, the discernibility matrix and the heuristic knowledge are combined toghther. It can be proved that the proposed algorithm is more intuitive and easier in computation. At the mean time the speed of the reduction algorithm could be improved.

Abstract: Molodtsov initiated the concept of soft sets, which can be used as general mathematical tool for dealing with untertainty. An intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is a combination of an intuitionistic fuzzy set and a soft set. In this paper, we introduce a formula to calculate the entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. We also give numerical example to illustrate the application of the entropy. Furthermore, we study the relationship of the entropy and the distance measure of intuitionistic soft fuzzy sets.
